JennyTalk is an assistive communication application designed to help individuals with speech challenges express themselves through a digital interface. The Service is provided by:

JennyTalk provides:

• Pre-built communication phrase boards organized by category
• Text-to-speech voice output powered by ElevenLabs
• Multi-language support (20 languages)
• Custom phrase creation (Premium plan)
• AI-powered phrase suggestions (subject to monthly limits)
• Settings for voice, display, and accessibility preferences

JennyTalk is intended for use by:

• Adults (18 years or older) for personal use
• Children under adult supervision — a parent, legal guardian, educator, or authorized adult must create and manage the account

By creating an account, you confirm that you are either an adult or an authorized adult acting on behalf of a minor. You must check the appropriate consent box during registration acknowledging your role.

The JennyTalk Premium plan includes full access to Premium features:

• All communication categories and pre-built phrase boards
• Custom phrase creation and management
• Multi-language support (20 languages)
• Text-to-speech voice output via ElevenLabs
• Accessibility and display settings

You agree not to:

• Use JennyTalk for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights

JennyTalk uses ElevenLabs for text-to-speech voice generation. Phrase text is transmitted to ElevenLabs solely to generate audio output.

By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are generated automatically and may not always be appropriate
• JennyTalk is not liable for AI-generated content used for medical or therapeutic decisions
• User data is never used to train AI models

All content, features, and technology within JennyTalk — including but not limited to the interface design, pre-built phrase libraries, logos, and software — are owned by Innolife Technologies LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any custom phrases or content you create within JennyTalk. By creating content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to deliver the Service.

JennyTalk is an assistive communication aid. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional speech therapy, medical advice, or clinical treatment.

JennyTalk should be used as a supplement to — not a replacement for — professional speech-language pathology services. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical and therapeutic decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innolife Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — JennyTalk.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim giving rise to liability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@jennytalk.com.

Upon termination, your right to access JennyTalk ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of JennyTalk after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
