Billing Terms

JennyTalk offers one paid consumer subscription plan — JennyTalk Premium — with two billing options: $8.99/month or $89.99/year. Both billing options include the same Premium features.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of the selected monthly or annual billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Innolife Technologies LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable plan rate.

New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, the speaking board stays free to use. You will be prompted to subscribe to keep Premium features such as voice choice, custom phrases and AI picture symbols.

Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per household.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@jennytalk.com.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to all features until the end of the billing period
• After cancellation, access to paid features will end

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or mid-cycle cancellations.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@jennytalk.com within 7 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. If pricing changes, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the email address on your account. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. JennyTalk does not store your full payment card information.

Subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax or other applicable taxes may be added based on your location and will be reflected in your billing summary.
